Go on, what are they?
The laws are basically consumer protection laws, along the lines of "if someone tries to use Ebay to sell you bunk tickets, you will get your money back, no matter what Ebay's policy is on any other items." That is my recollection - it was very different than what I saw for any other purchase I'd made on Ebay, which was all "caveat emptor."
