My big long bike ride yesterday has left me a bit achy in the shoulders and sitz-bones. But it was a lot of fun - up the Thames path to the Barnes bridge, then over and down the Hammersmith side. We saw a lot of cool pubs on the way, including one that's been open for about 10 million years called, I think, "The Dove." Next time, we'll remember to bring locks for the bikes.
