I've changed the plans for tonight to Bend it Like Beckham at the Crest at, um, 7 PM (unless Cathy wants to go to the 9:20 - I'm waiting to hear back from her!). That's after my exciting afternoon of polyurethaning and gardening in the rain.
I've decided to spend the money from the dishrag focus group on a new winter coat. I've been looking at this coat for over a year, and with the weather the way it is (and my polartec coat hopelessly lost and no replacement style available), it feels like it's time go break down and just do it. How long am I going to go from thrift store to thrift store in hopeless search for the perfect coat? This is it, and there's no point in waiting through five months of wet weather in inadequately performing clothing in hopes that the stock of the Goodwill is going to adapt to my needs. AACK! Never mind, it's sold out in my size! Damn!
