The Human Computer (review)

We went and saw The Human Computer at the Battersea Arts Centre tonight. It was, in short, a hoot. The actor claims to be computer illiterate, and he got US, the audience, to play the various types of things one has to interact with. I was spam, and I stood up and stopped him during a monologue until another audience member (the mouse pointer) "clicked" me, causing the right side of the audience to clap their hands in a c-click kind of way. A hoot, I tell you. It runs until November 24th, and I advise you go see it if you're in need of an extremely low tech laugh. Just remember, it's silly.

I also realized that I've paid for a car, a house, and a fairly pleasant lifestyle almost entirely on proceeds I've made from things computers do wrong. There's irony in that, I'm sure, but mostly it just makes me laugh with glee.
