I was expecting LJ land to entertain me, but you all severely failed in your duties today. For this reason I offer up to you a formative song from my youth: "Teenage Enema Nurses in Bondage." This should help explain why I turned out the way I did.
I saw Killer Pussy in concert at the Valley Art with Edith Massey back in '84 or '85 (yes, I know that was before some of you were born, shut up and pass me my Geritol). I really just never knew how that concert was going to mark me for life. (And, yes, Edith Massey's classic "Hey Punks, Get Off the Grass" is also available on YouTube. Add those two songs to Diva and Liquid Sky and you have, in a nutshell, how I passed from adolescence into the twisted self of my young adulthood.)
