Today I finally hit the goal of a 25 minute workout I was hoping to be at by the end of last month. I did a combination of rowing (4 minutes - there's some kind of video game you can play on this one machine that actually made it quite a bit more fun today), biking (14 minutes - I only read about five pages of my book but that was okay, was focused on trying to find the right combination to get my heart rate to 150), then 7 minutes of dyslectical. Woo! I sure laid into my Sicilian sandwich after I felt. Now, however, I'm a bit tired - legs and arms both worn out. I'm looking forward to a fairly quiet evening tonight!
