Heat leads to retail therapy

Well, along with my search for the perfect pair of waterproof boots AND the lightweight sweater, I've now added "sleeveless tops that don't look tacky" as a necessary item for daily office wear. I don't know what it is about the office, or maybe it's just being on the tube, but I am roasting by the time I make it in. Now, with luck it's actually cool enough in the office that I might want my arms covered later in the day, but being able to lose heat quickly has been pretty important to me the last couple of weeks for the trip in, the trip home, and basically any day when it gets over 80 outside.

With that in mind, I've now bought this top, which is a bit strappy but will look good with all of my skirts, is a screaming deal at £9, AND has a matching long-sleeved sweater-type thing (if you can call something nearly entirely made of lace a sweater) to go with it (er, not free with the £9 top, alas). Lands End UK, free shipping (no minimum) until midnight today with code FD3006 - it was evil of them to tempt me this way but I fell for their email marketing blitz.
