It's the time of year when snow clothing runs off to find new homes

We've been having a stupendous cold snap in England, though it's now seeming almost balmy as it's made it above freezing several days in a row. As the snow has melted, hats and gloves and scarves have appeared buried like wooly mammoths in polar ice. I theorize that these items of clothing are fickle and frequently seek owners better suited to their own desires.

In keeping with this belief, two weeks ago I was adopted by a pair of truly spectacular insulated gloves from "Fingerman" of Scandinavia. I was really desperate for truly warm gloves and I think they sensed my need. Based on how tattered they were, I expect they wanted to be with someone who truly treasured them. That someone is me.
