1. Be happy. Work to be happy. Make being happy a goal; eliminate obstacles to happiness and build a life that will lead to long term happiness. Indulge when it creates happiness.
2. Fall down less. I actually hurt myself falling three times this year, in January, May, and July, which meant for almost half of the year I avoided most kinds of exercise because it just fucking hurt. So for this year, I would like to fall down less. In fact, I resolve to do so.
As a side resolution, but only if not in conflict with #1:
3. See less theater. Somehow I went to 143 shows this year. At least I enjoyed most of them - it was a much more successful year theatrically than last year was. And I realized I went out a lot because I wanted to be around people and this was a fairly good way of making this happen. Somehow, though, I think more of #1 will mean a little less of this.
