Sea dragon

Living in Seattle

It's an incredibly beautiful Sunday, and Worthy Opponent and I just spent two hours working on the yard. It sounds boring but it's actually relaxing: the hardest thing is figuring out when to stop.

I was asked yesterday if I liked living in Seattle more than Phoenix. How can the two compare? Phoenix is a small-minded town filled with glue-snuffing trailer trash and religious fanatics (and so much pollution you can't see the mountains five miles away most winter days). Seattle has so many great people, such neat stuff happening in it, and so much beauty when the sun comes out that poor little desert hick town just can't compare. I'll never go back.
