Sea dragon

Lasagna, wine, and song

Most of today revolved around the Orlando Consort's performance at Town Hall today. I was thrilled to have six of my friends there for their very first Early Music Guild shows, and I was also thrilled to see we'd managed to get more than 60 people to come to a Recital Series show. I hope some of the folks who got the $5 ticket come for another sometime.

So here it is, 7 PM, and I never had lunch today and I spent two hours this afternoon listening to people sing about food. I am DYING! I've got lasagna in the oven and I'm ready to roll! Of course, afterwards will be the charming Sunday night at home routine of cleaning, taking the dogs out and basically winding down, but it's been a good weekend overall. But staying up until 2 last night playing Settlers of Catan was a bit painful on the night before a classical music show where I had to be on for all of the patrons. Gag. Sitting around in my sweats now is oh-so-pleasant! Maybe I can finally get around to doing that paint-bu-number calendar I got for Christmas
