Food!

Monday madness at Osteria La Spiga

We finally managed to make it back to Osteria La Spiga last night. Thankfully, reservations aren't required on Mondays. We had:

Mixed appetizers (pork pate, prosciutto with 25 year old balsamic vinager and a bit of parmesan, some other cheese, and a tiny beef filet with a tinier side of mushrooms)
Salad with pear and parmesan flakes with an apple vinaigrette
Potato and leek soup
Roasted duck breast with grilled endive
Homemade ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta in a truffle-oil infused butter with a bit of parmesan cheese on top

And yes, it was amazing.
