I'm just a cock-eyed pessimist

1. While it's common knowledge that devilled eggs require mustard, mayonnaise, and paprika, I propose that the secret ingredient is really vinegar.
2. I pick my devilled eggs up with curry powder. On Saturday, I also used Japanese pepper mix (nanami togarashi) instead of paprika, to make it look a little prettier. The sesame seed and black pepper colored them up nicely.
3. What do fundamentalists call this side dish? Angel eggs? Victory eggs? Are they maybe not allowed to eat it, in the same way the don't celebrate Halloween?

That's right, you can learn to row at Lake Union Crew, starting July 6! And I'm looking to see if just one other person on my flist is interested in taking the Learn to Row series as my sister in law wants to do it but would prefer to go with someone else.
