Review of "Been So Long" up

I finished my review of Been So Long (a new musical) last night after dinner, so I got nearly everything on my to-do list taken care of, with the exception of buying a vacuum cleaner. This week I'm only seeing two shows - a ballet tonight (English National Ballet's Ballets Russes program); and Kursk at the Young Vic on Friday (due to this enthusiastic review). Overall, I see a huge decline coming in my theater watching - probably good for the wallet. Considering how much my dental appointment today is likely to cost, that's probably a good thing. But it will make me sad as my stats for my theater blog wither.

It is Bloomsday

Apparently all of the events in Ulysses take place on this day.

I should probably celebrate by getting a copy. Then maybe when it comes around next year June 16th will mean something to me.

Did you know I forgot my mother's birthday this year? I think most of that day I didn't even know what the date was, and somewhere along the line I got confused as to whether it was the 9th or the 10th of June.

The ballet tonight was a lot of fun. Hopefully I can write about it tomorrow. I have a conference to go to (networking, yay!), though, so my computing time will actually be rather thin.

Plugging in my EEeeeEEE ... that is probably the first step.
