Sleep helps

I have had more sleep and I have talked to some people and I am feeling better today, but I'm not taking down my post from yesterday because I've just been scraping bottom too frequently of late to pretend things are okay because today is okay. I could be like that again tomorrow. But today, today is better.

By the way, I know people tend to abandon friendships like sinking ships when people become depressed and "less fun," but anyone who'd make a public announcement about doing that is really just scum. They're also likely to make that person's mental health even worse. If you can't handle a depressed person's cries for help, do both of you a favor and just say nothing. They'll figure it out on their own eventually.
