Well, I've got six more days until the race. I'd planned on going swimming on Sunday, but I was going too slow in the morning and it didn't happen. So I'll skip Pilates today and do a 400 meter swim plus (hopefully) my tri distance run: a swim again Tuesday: maybe a run on Wednesday but since it's a WFH day I'll probably not exercise at all: all three distances Thursday; swim and maybe bike on Friday; then nothing on Saturday as it's the day before the race and I have plans (the Chap Olympiad).
I didn't do "structured" exercise this weekend, but I figure the 4 hour counted. Pictures are on FB.
