I met this perfectly marvelous girl, in this truly incredible town

It is a day of such beauty that I copped a buzz walking out of my office. Damn. Wow. The sun, the warmth, the smell of flowers blooming, humus, and the earth screaming, "I'm alive!" I want to jump up and down and shout,"It's spring! It's spring!" I wish I could post a picture here to share it with everyone. Right now we've got the panoramic post-card view of Seattle - white capped Olympics to the west (across Puget Sound), white capped jagged Snoqualmies/Cascades to the east, the white-capped hulking mass of Rainier to the south, and that little button on the northern horizon that is ... the mountain which I am terminally unable to name (Adams, something - whatever). It was a very nice day to have the new lunch room open, because it has ... a panoramic post-card view! Yep, it's the executive suite I'll never qualify for, and I'm hoping to spend as much time possible working from the outside patio.

I've heard people say many times that they can't ever suspend dramatic disbelief when people just burst into song in a movie, but just wait: when I walk out the door today, it's going to be just like a scene from the Young Girls of Rochefort, complete with silver pants and giant floppy hats. "We are just two twins, born under the sign of Gemini ..."
