Is there such a thing as The English Diet?

I'm pleased to report that in general I'm in a much better mood today. I feel awake and alert, engaged at work, ready to start Kicking Ass and Taking Names, and, of course, to go see a movie tonight. YAAAY!

On a side note, I've noticed that I've lost weight again, just like I have the last two trips. I finally got on the scale today and I'm down to 155, three pounds less than when I left. How the heck does going to London make this happen? Part of me thinks it's all the walking, but that should be building muscle mass, which is denser. Maybe it's just because the food is so damned expensive, though I had so much curry I'd have expected I might have gained weight. I'm sure a little time with my packet of assorted Cornish fudges will fix this problem ...

Er, actually quite a lot of Londoners can afford to run cars - we have just about recovered from the Blitz now my dear. Quite a lot of us however do *choose* not to run cars for soppy reasons like caring about the planet though.

Beer diet BAD!
I tell you though, as expensive as gas is here it's almost the same as Europe is nowadays! I figure with one of those little bitty cars you'd probably spend the same amount on gas or less than you do here.

I think you could probably make tons of money with that Munich diet though ... all you need to do is write a book and go on the talk show circuit!

Cardio (moving around a lot) doesn't build much muscle mass, but it cranks up your metabolism.

That being said, I need to do DDR tonight, tomorrow and Saturday to keep up with my DDResolution for the new year... maybe I should try mornings.
